In this episode, The Pacific Way starts with a promotional video produced by the Regional Media Centre (RMC) for the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC). Part II of a disability series features Sovaia Coalala, a young woman who beat the odds to become the 2005 Valedictorian and the first totally blind graduate of the University of the South Pacific. This is followed by two short films on HIV/AIDS by young medie producers who were participants of a UNESCO-RMC organised documentary making workshop. Tadra Kahani has become an annual event in Fiji where students use music and dance to express their feelings on issues they face today : the making of Tadra Kahani 2005 wraps up this episode.
