In this episode of the Pacific Way we feature three documentaries. The first is the third part of a series of stories on disability in the Pacific. The documentary looks at policies and strategies in the region and how people living with disability have fared in being accepted. While much has been achieved governments in the Pacific need to seriously commit themselves to implementing changes that will better improve the lives of people living with disability. This is followed by a story on Fiji's status in phasing out ozone depleting substances since ratifying the Montreal Protocol in 1996. Fiji is among three nations in the world awarded by th United Nations Environment Program for its efforts in phasing out substances that endanger the ozone layer. This episode also looks at the canoes of the Marshall Islands and why they are an important part of the Marshallese'heritage.
